You'll need to include dxguid.lib and dsound.lib if you want to compile
sa.c with direct sound output. I've only tested it with PC that have DX6.1
and DX7,
I haven;t tested it at that many different PC's though, so I'm curious
whether it will work with software emulated soundcards. I'm also working at
dsound input drivers, but still the latency is too high (about 150ms). It's
a bit hard to make reliable drivers with very low latency, but maybe some
people can live with the higher latency,
