Rate Conversion

Hi,

I am trying to create an envelope where the last segment is executed
only after the instr is released. In doing this, I want to be able to
have the last segment start with whatever the current value of the
envelope. This would require that I change the rate of the envelope
signal from the k-rate to an i-rate. Is there a way to do this? Where
might I find a reference to the opcode in the reference manual?
