I just logged onto my guest account at Stanford, and it
looks like I can read

just fine -- so www.cs.berkeley.edu seems visible to at
least part of the Internet. Our network structure here
at Berkeley serves out of different pipes for the .edu
hosts on "Internet2" and everyone else, though, so it
could be we're having network connectivity problems
to part of the Internet at the moment. Try again in a
few hours, that's the typical time constant for these
problems clearing up ...
