realtime sfront saol for win32

When I try to compile an c file generated by sfront, using the dsound option, VC returns the following erros:

sa.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp__timeSetEvent@20
sa.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp__timeGetTime@0
sa.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp__timeGetDevCaps@8

I did include the directx 7 libs and headers

what might be going wrong here?
