Here you mention that itime is "elasped sincethe start of the instrument's
lifetime...". I have used 'itime' in some opcodes, and it does seem to
return the time since the start of the opcode (my opcodes always started at
the same time as the calling instrument). Is it in the spec that 'itime'
returns the elapsed time from the start of the opcode? Or is the value
returned based on the calling instrument's elapsed time.
