saolc and sfront builds for WIN32

Following my earlier posts, I have set up a basic very dull-looking page
under my Home Page (URL below), with newly built versions of saolc and
sfront for Win32 (pentiums or better).

For saolc, I have added the ability to write the output as a wav file
(complete with PEAK chunk), or as an AIFC file, depending on the file
extension. Also, as I am interested in it, I have enabled multi-channel
output - the code was all there, but strangely blocked.

My changes to the source files are also available. This is very much
work in progress (I haven't added code to read Wav files for input yet).
I plan to add support for floating-point files, and possibly WAVE-EX for
multi-channel files.

The Sfront build is as mentioned in an earlier post; it incorporates my
suggested environment variable SFRONT_LIBDIR. I have included a text
page detailing the changes needed to build with Visual C++ v5, and the
modified files are also available for download.

Comments, bug reports, etc welcome!
