Re: saolc on DevStudio

I use VC++ v6 for my Win32 builds of saolc and haven't
had any problem. I suspect the issue with v5 is an
incomplete implementation of the Standard Template
Library, which is required for saolc and saenc. Perhaps
SP3 for v5 fixes the problem by including an proper
implementation of the STL?

Regardless, I've delayed far too long in putting up the
final code and some precompiled executables -- I'll do
this Monday morning when I'm back in the office.

Very best,

 -- Eric
