AIFF Code

Hello,

I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of information of
AIFF files. The source code that I have found either are undocumented,
or they are pretty specific to those programs. I just need to be able to
write a simple single channel audio file, enough to read into a SAOL
orchestra.
