A bug-fix release, the SAOL dynamic instrument
statement "instr" now interpets its delay and
duration values in units of beats (formerly
interpeted incorrectly as seconds).

Also cleans up some MVC++ warning messages
(thanks to kees@dnai.com).

The MP4-SA book has also been updated to
describe the SAOL dynamic instrument
statement correctly.
