resizing won't occur until 100ms after the sizing is finished. This is
needed in an NT executable, which resizes asynchronously.
+ Fixed template bug - a,k and i rand and flange opcodes now have default
width of 1 not zero
+ Fixed template bug - if..else parameters now correct
+ New feature: Added a "Score" option to the unit pop-up menu which is
enabled for units representing instruments
+ Template datestamp is now automatically updated when template is changed
in Designer
+ Added keyboard shortcut key CTRL+O to open projects
+ Fixed bug: Splash screen can can now be disabled in options->preferences
+ Renaming units now works more intuitively
+ Fixed bug: User Defined opcodes can now be properly deleted from the
librarian (right click for pop-up)
