Three research papers on sfront and related technologies are
now online:

Two are conference papers we'll be giving next month (one in
San Jose, CA, on compilation techniques used in sfront, and one in
Long Island, NY, on support for network musical performance in sfront,
including a new RTP packetization for MIDI control of Structured Audio
that includes built-in forward-error correction in lieu of lost packet
retransmission). The third is a book chapter on the math behind
sfront's buzz core opcode implementation.
Expect an sfront release with the networking features in a
few months, if all goes well --
