Greetings to all,

The official ISO Final Committee Draft of MPEG-4 is now available.
FCD is the last stage before Draft International Standard, and
the last chance to make changes to the standard.

The whole MPEG-4 FCD will be available on the MPEG web
site <http://www.cselt.it/mpeg> soon; I've put the
Structured Audio part on the Structured Audio website
at <http://sound.media.mit.edu/mpeg4>.

Many improvements since the CD text are incorporated into
the document. All core opcodes are now fully documented, and
the syntax and decoding description is more complete.
