In MSVC, libcpd.lib is the standard C++ debug library, i.e. to be used when
you need debugging info included with the standard library. It can
typically be found in C:\Program Files\DevStudio\VC\lib. I haven't tried
building saolc so I can't comment further on what the problem might be.
