WIN32 builds of saolc and sfront

I have just posted WIN32 versions (for pentium machines or better) of
saolc and sfront on my Home Page (URL below).
The main change in saolc from the official version is that it will write
output as a WAV file, or as AIFF-C, as well as AIFF (determined by the
soundfile extension). Also, support for multi-channel files has been
enabled, so saolc can be used to create a quad file, for example. I will
add support for reading WAV files to saolc in due course, and also
support for floating-point files.

My site is not a mirror - you will need to refer to the mit site, etc,
for all documentation, and for the full releases.
