Compatibility testing

Hi all,

I'm trying to chase down a compatibility bug in the latest Win32
release of 'saolc'. If you have a moment and a Win32 box, can
you run

  saolc -bit vowels.mp4 -out test.aif

with the latest saolc.exe and vowels.mp4 from the WWW page?

This works for me on all of the Win32 boxes I've tried it
on, but I've gotten reports that it sometimes doesn't work
for others.

Then, please let me know if it worked or not (it should make
a 10-second AIFF file with bad singing synthesis).
Either way, please let me know the following details on your
machine, if you know them:

Processor (eg Pentium II):
Speed (eg, 166 MHz) :
OS (eg, Windows 95) :
Amount of RAM (eg 32 MB) :

Thanks for your help and your time.

Best to all,

 -- Eric
