Admittedly the frequency/decay parameters are odd. However, there's a simple
reverb with one rt60 decay parameter in the elpelele sample. (I seem to
remember I had to reverse-engineer it for some reason, but sure enough: it's
a straightforward comb/allpass reverb implementation with one single rt60
decay parameter.
